Chocolate chip cookies

• 1 cup butter

• 2 cups sucanat

• 1 tsp. milk

• 1 tsp. vanilla

• 1 egg

• 1 cup olive oil

• 4 cups whole wheat pastry flour

• 1 tsp. salt

• ½ tsp. cream of tarter

• 1 tsp. soda

• 2 cups (dark) choc. chips

Cream butter and sugar, add milk, vanilla, egg, & oil. Mix dry ingredients and gradually add to wet mix. Add chips. Bake at 350 for 9-10 min.
